桂枝茯苓胶囊辅助治疗异位妊娠的疗效

Clinical effect of adjuvant treatment with Guizhifuling capsule on patients with ectopic gestation

目的探讨桂枝茯苓胶囊辅助治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法选取2014年6月至2016年1月我院收治的78例异位妊娠患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组各39例,对照组给予甲氨蝶呤和米非司酮治疗,研究组则在对照组的基础上给予桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,比较两组患者治疗前和治疗7 d后血人绒毛膜促进线激素β(β-HCG)水平和包块大小的变化,记录两组患者血β-HCG复常时间、住院时间和不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者治疗的总有效率(89.74%)显著高于对照组(71.79%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗7 d后血β-HCG水平为(825.45±182.37)IU/L,显著低于对照组的(1 187.87±196.72)IU/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗7 d后包块大小为(2.48±1.02)cm,显著低于对照组的(3.04±1.08)cm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者血β-HCG复常时间和住院时间分别为(11.24±5.42)和(14.28±2.43)d,显著低于对照组的(17.96±5.76)和(20.13±3.16)d,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊辅助常规西药治疗可有效改善异位妊娠患者的临床症状,安全有效,可应用于临床。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect adjuvant treatment with Guizhifuling capsule on patients with ectopic gestation. Methods 78 patients with ectopic gestation from June 2014 to January 2016 were randomly selected and divided into two groups. The control group was treated with methotrexate and mifepristone ,while the research group was treated with Guizhifuling capsule on the basic of control group. Clinical effects and adverse reaction were compared between two groups. Human chorionic gonadotropin β（β-HGC） levels were determined before and after 7 days of treatment. Time of β-HCG recovery and hospitalization were recorded. Results The total effective rate was 89.74% in research group ,which was significantly higher than that in control group ,（P〈0.05）. The level of β-HCG was （825.45 ± 182.37）IU/L after 7 days treatment in research group ,which was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）.The mass size was 2.48 ± 1.02 cm after 7 days treatment in research group ,which was significantly smaller than that in control group（P〈0.05）. The time of β-HCG recovery and hospital stays were（11.24±5.42）days and（14.28±2.43）days in research group,which were significantly shorter than those in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Adjuvant treatment with Guizhifuling capsule could improve clinical symptoms of patients with ectopic gestation. The treatment was safe and effective.
