玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合后Tenon囊注射曲安奈德治疗弥漫性糖尿病性黄斑水肿

目的探讨玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合Tenon囊注射曲安奈德治疗弥漫性糖尿病性黄斑水肿的效果。方法选取了从2015年7月到2016年12月期间在南昌爱尔眼科医院及南昌大学第一附属医院进行弥漫性糖尿病性黄斑水肿治疗的36例(36眼)患者。患者全部行全视网膜光凝术并且经4次激光治疗结束后2周。患者随机分为两组:实验组(18眼)及对照组(18眼)。实验组给予玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合Tenon囊注射曲安奈德的临床治疗。对照组给予单纯玻璃体腔注射康柏西普的临床治疗。对两组治疗效果以及治疗后出现的术后不良反应的进行对比评估。结果我们发现通过两组治疗后,患者黄斑中心凹厚度均明显降低,但是联合治疗的效果更好。在经过1个月的治疗后,实验组的患者获得了最佳矫正视力。而对照组的患者要经过3个月的治疗才能获得。两组在治疗后,眼压均明显升高,而联合治疗组的眼压升高更明显。结论玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合Tenon囊注射曲安奈德是一种安全并且更为有效的治疗方式,副作用小,能够在较短时间内明显改善视力。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of intravitreal injection of Conbercept combined with Posterior Subtenon injection of triamcinolone acetonide in treating diffuse diabetic macular edema. Methods From July 2015 to December 2016,36patients（36 eyes） seeking treatment of diffuse diabetic macular edema（in the Nanchang Aier Eye Hospital and The first affiliated hospital of nanchang university） were enrolled in this study. All of whole patients were treated by panretinal photocoagulation（PRP）. Two weeks after the end of the 4 laser treatments. Patients were randomly divided into two groups ：the experimental group（n=18 eyes） and the control group（n=18 eyes）. The experimental group was given intravitreal injection of Conbercept combined with Posterior Subtenon injection of triamcinolone acetonide in the clinical treatment. The control group was given a simple intravitreal injection of Conbercept in the clinical treatment. The therapeutic effects and the postoperative adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and evaluated. Results We found that after treatment by both groups,patients with macular fovea thickness were significantly reduced,but the combined treatment was better. After 1 month of treatment,the patients in the experimental group received the best corrected visual acuity. While the patients in the control group had to go through 3 months of treatment can be obtained. After treatment,the intraocular pressure of the two groups was significantly increased,while the combined treatment group was more obvious. Conclusion The way of Intravitreal injection of Conbercept combined with Posterior Subtenon injection of triamcinolone acetonide is a safe and more effective treatment,has minor side effects,and can significantly improve the vision in a short time.
