昭通市昭阳区教师流动及流失的影响因素分析——基于461位教师的抽样调查

摘要 对昭通市昭阳区中小学教师的抽样调查显示,84.6%的中小学教师有流动及流失意愿。影响该地区教师流动及流失意愿的因素,按重要性排序依次是孩子享受更好的教育资源、照顾家人、工资待遇、夫妻分居或异地恋、个人发展前景、学校地理位置。本研究所得出的稳定教师队伍的建议是:帮助教师解决子女上学、照顾家人和夫妻分居等问题;提高教师工资待遇,优化教育管理,让教师获得成就感;根据学校地理位置和交通条件实行差别化生活补助。 Sample survey on primary and secondary school teachers in Zhaotong Zhaoyang indicates that 84.6% primary and secondaryschool teachers have flow and loss will. Factors influencing the mobility and loss will of the teachers are following: better educational resources forchild, convenience to take care of the family, salary, couples split or long distance relationships, personal development and location of school. Thebetter educational resource for children is the most important. Several suggestions to stabilize the teachers' team getting from the study are asfollows. Help teachers to solve the problems such as children' s education, taking care of family and couples split, etc.. Improve teachers' salaryand optimize the education management to make teachers get a sense of accomplishment. Carry out a differential allowance for living according tothe school geographical location and traffic conditions.
