Recognition and Construction of Curriculum Value Chain Based on BSC in Endemic University

课程质量决定了人才培养质量,而课程质量不仅取决于教师的专业素养,更取决于课程管理流程的科学性与有效性。为此,基于平衡计分卡的四个层面递推关系识别出课程价值链,同时结合价值链理论和英国开放大学、美国凤凰城大学等理论与实例对课程价值链进行了系统阐释。

The quality of curriculum determines the quality of talent development. However, the quality of curriculum depends not only theteacher＇ s ability, but also the rationality and utility of the process of curriculum development. In light of this, this paper recognizes and explainscurriculum value chain systematically by recurrence relationship of four aspects of BSC, as well as the theory of chain value and the theory andpractice such as British Open University and University of Phoenix, USA.
