针对大学英语阅读方式,对元认知理论视域下阅读方法进行了研究,总结了元认知理论的核心内涵、阅读优势、阅读现状以及阅读方式的优化策略,旨在通过对元认知理论的分析,提高大学生的阅读质量,从而为社会高素质人才的培养提供保证。

In this paper, in order to improve the reading quality of the college students, and ensure the training of high-quality talentfor society, the author studied the reading methods from the perspective of metacognitive theory for the college students＇ English reading,and summarized the core connotation, the optimized strategy of reading advantages, present situation and approaches through the analysis ofmetaeognitive theory.
