摘要
"两项计划"项目实施迄今已10余年,累计有20余万大学生参加。每年都有上万名的大学生选择"两项计划",愿意到基层单位、偏远地区奉献青春,是什么促使他们选择"两项计划"?他们在就业的过程中,就业价值观选择更偏重于哪几个方面?参加"两项计划"工作岗位后,对工作的满意度如何?本文以杭州某大学近五年来参加两项计划毕业生为例,通过问卷调查与访谈研究相结合的方式进行探究。
"The Natonal and local Grassroots Employenent Projects" project have been implemented for more than ten years,accumulated more than 20 thousands university students to participate. Every year, tens of thousands College students willing to sacrifice youth tothe grass-roots units and remote areas join in "The Natonal and local Grassroots Employenent Projects" . What prompted them to choose "TheNatonal and local Grassroots Employenent Project" ? During the process of employment, which aspects of vocational value did they focus on?Did they satisfy with the work after joining in "The Natonal and local Grassroots Employenent Projects" ? This paper wants to research theseproblems through questionnaire investigation and interview for the example of nearly five years graduate of participating in the "The Natonal andlocal Grassroots Employenent Projects" from a certain university in Hangzhou.
