茶色素用于纯棉织物的染色工艺研究

Mordant Dyeing Process of Cotton Fabrics with Tea Dyestuffs

茶染料可直接上染棉织物,但K/S值不够理想。以硫酸铜为媒染剂,用绿茶提取液对棉织物进行同浴媒染,并通过水平试验和正交试验来确定茶染料对棉织物的最优浸染工艺。试验表明,硫酸铜用量为12 g/L,染色温度90℃,染色时间40 min时,K/S值可达1.89,干摩擦牢度可达4~5级,湿摩擦牢度普遍能到达3~4级,粘色等级为5级,变色等级为2级。

Tea dyestuffs can be used for cotton fabrics dyeing directly,but the K/S value is not perfect. In this paper,cotton fabrics were dyed with green tea extraction solution by means of one-bath dyeing and with copper sulfate as a mordant. The optimal dyeing process was then studied by means of level tests and orthogonal tests. Experimental results showed that if the dosage of copper sulfate agent is 12 g/L,the dyeing temperature is 90 ℃,and the dyeing time is 40 min,K/S value can reach 1.89,with dry rubbing fastness up to level 4~5,wet rubbing fastness up to grade 3~4 generally,stick color grade being 5 and color grade being 2.
