On Connotation and Value of Zhang Jian's Pragmatic Views on Vocational Education

Based on regional economy and focused on local construction and industrial requirements,Mr. Zhang Jian held a pragmatic stance on vocational education,which represented his successful experience of and reliable guarantee as well for his innovative practice in vocational education. His pragmatic views on vocational education were mainly reflected through his innovative awareness of＂education changing with the times and developing gradually with premade policies＂,his school-running concept of＂learning aiming at application which is suitable for local conditions＂,and his school-running mode of＂learning advances together with practice＂.
