在信息化的当前社会,人、财、物呈现大流动的趋势,犯罪活动的组织化、技能化、网络化越来越明显。在团伙犯罪、系列犯罪、流窜犯罪、网络犯罪高发情形下,讯问工作的重要性更加凸显。在信息化和法治化进程中,讯问工作应当与其他调查取证活动同步实施,相互印证,站在侦查一体化、信息化的高度,加强讯问工作,以口供与犯罪证据交叉核实,达到深挖犯罪的效果。
