对新加坡警察教育训练方法的借鉴与思考

国情、社情、民情的不断发展变化,决定了在不同历史时期对公安专业人才的评价标准也在不断发生变化。因此,以提升人才培养质量为目标的公安高等教育教学改革已经成为我国公安院校的一项常态工作。在充分考虑我国公安高等教育现实情况的基础上,通过对比研究新加坡警察教育训练工作中以提升学员核心胜任能力为目标的教育训练方法,借鉴其在教学方法、教室布局和评价机制等方面的先进经验,对解决现阶段我国公安院校教育教学工作中遇到的现实问题有非常重要的参考价值。

The changing development of national conditions, social conditions and public sentiment has determined that the evaluation criteria of public security professionals in different historical periods are also changing constantly. Therefore, to improve the quality of personnel training as the goal of public security higher education reform has become a normal work of China＇ s public security colleges and universities. On the basis of fully considering the reality of our country＇ s public security higher education, by comparing the educational training methods aiming at enhancing the students＇ core competency in Singapore police education and training, and drawing on the advanced methods of teaching methods, classroom layout and evaluation mechanism experience, these are important reference value to solve the problems encountered in current stage of China＇ s public security colleges and universities work in the teaching and learning.
