摘要
运用实验室手段对螺母预紧扭矩转化测试、不同类型锚杆的锚固性能、锚杆托板力学性能测试。测试结果表明:矿井采用的锚杆支护系统预紧扭矩转换系数非常低,远远低于高预应力支护技术要求;矿井K2340锚固剂的抗拔力满足要求,锚杆与托板强度不匹配,预紧力不能有效扩散。由此得出结论:应及时更换锚杆螺母,提高锚杆螺母扭矩及托盘的承载能力,保证巷道支护安全。
The nut tightening torque was tested by means of laboratory testing, the anchorage performance of different types of anchor, anchor bolt mechanical properties test. The test results show that the bolt support system of torque conversion coefficient of the mine is very low, far below the high pitsupporting technical requirements; pullout force of anchoring agent can meet the requirements of mine K2340 the anchor rod and a supporting plate, strength does not match the preload can not be effectively spread. Conclusion: anchor bolt should be replaced in a timely manner,improve the bearing capacity of bolt nut torque and pallet, ensure the safety of roadway.
