摘要 针对GUJ15型堆煤传感器存在的易受煤尘、潮气等恶劣环境影响等而常常不能及时监测到堆煤故障信号等问题,设计一种基于水银开关的矿用本安堆煤传感器。该传感器能及时稳定地检测到堆煤故障信号,并将信号及时传送至胶带输送机保护控制系统,及时停机保护皮带,从而有效预防堆煤事故的扩大,减少损失。 Based on the GUJ15 type coal heap sensors being sensitive to dust, moisture and other adverse environmental impacts and are often not timely monitoring of coal heap fault problem, design a pile of coal mine safety sensor based on mercury switch. The sensor can stably detected coal stacking fault signal, and the signal is transmitted in a timely manner to protect the belt conveyor control system, timely shutdown protection belt, so as to effectively prevent accidents of coal heap expansion, reduce the loss.
