强力锚杆冲击性能测试研究

摘要 进行静载下强力锚杆力学性能参数测试以及锚杆冲击吸收功测试,并对两端固支锚杆抗冲击性能试验进行分析,得出通过提高锚杆的预紧力、强度、冲击韧性及支护密度等参数。结果显示:随着冲击能量的提高,试件将出现明显的弯曲变形和剪切变形,不同的试样在某统一能量下冲击,抗冲击性能明显不同;随着锚杆力学冲击吸收功的提高,锚杆抵抗冲击的能力增强。由此得出结论:对于冲击矿井大变形巷道采用高强度和高冲击韧性的锚杆支护材料,可有效提高巷道围岩的抗冲击能力。 The static parameters of high strength bolt mechanical properties test and bolt impact absorbing energy test,and the fixed end anchor anti impact performance testing and analysis, obtained by increasing the pretightening force,bolt strength, impact toughness and supporting density. The results show that with increasing impact energy, the specimen will apparent bending deformation and shear deformation, different samples in a unified energy under the impact of different impact performance; with bolt mechanical impact absorbing energy increase, enhance the ability to resist the impact of bolt. Conclusion: for bolting the impact of mine roadway with large deformation with high strength and high toughness material can effectively improve the impact resistance of roadway surrounding rock.
