摘要
为验证矿井巷道所用锚杆材料力学性能是否符合冲击地压矿井的要求,采用JAW系列微机控制电液伺服钢绞线万能试验机对锚杆、锚索的力学性能进行测试。由测试结果可知:左旋无纵筋螺纹钢锚杆屈服强度符合材质为MG335钢材的标识,锚索所采用的钢绞线大于3.5%的国标规定,均满足支护要求。
In order to verify the mine roadway with bolt material mechanical performance meets the requirements of mine rockburst control, electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine of steel strand bolt using JAW series microcomputer, the mechanical properties of cable testing. By the test results: l non longitudinal rib screw thread steel bolt with yield strength of material is MG335 steel mark, steel strand cable used by more than 3.5% of the national standard, shall meet the requirements for supporting.
