摘要
基于瓦斯泵变频节能原理,分析了煤矿企业生产运行中面临的各种问题,并从电磁调速、液力耦合器、液态电阻调速、变极调速、传统串级调速、高压交流变频调速等方面提出了可行的高压变频器改造技术方案,以控制瓦斯抽放泵。
Based on the gas pump frequency conversion energy saving principle, the paper analyzes the various problems in production and operation of coal enterprises, and from the electromagnetic speed, hydraulic coupler, liquid resistance speed, variable pole speed, the traditional cascade speed control, puts forward the feasible scheme of high voltage high voltage inverter technology for AC motor speed control to control the gas drainage pump.
