摘要
结合山西某煤矿企业实际情况,对影响煤矿通风机运行效率的原因进行探讨,包括:主通风机选型不合理、主通风机设备陈旧、主通风机加工质量低劣、主通风机调节不合理、矿井外部漏风过大和维护不及时等,并重点对提高煤矿主通风机运行效率的途径展开讨论。重视主通风机设备,确保主通风机安装质量达标、附属装置安装合理、风网和主通风机匹配合理,可以使煤矿主通风机效率得到提升,从而降低经济成本。
According to actual situation of Shanxi coal mine enterprise, carries on the discussion, the impact of mine ventilation efficiency including： the main fan selection is not reasonable, the main fan of obsolete equipment, poor processing quality of the main fan, the main fan of regulation is not reasonable, the exterior air leakage is too large and not timely maintenance, and key on the way to improve the operating efficiency of the main fan in coal mine are discussed. The importance of the main ventilation equipment, ensure the installation quality of main ventilator,ancillary equipment installation is reasonable, reasonable matching network and the main fan, can make the coal mine ventilator efficiency is improved, thereby reducing the cost.
