摘要
针对阳煤集团一矿在S8310工作面进行的SL-1000艾柯夫采煤机自动化截割实验,详细探讨天玛电液控制、自动配液、集控系统,智能型泵站,唐柏4G网络系统通讯、检测、数据传输,维达检测系统,华宁集控系统,库马克变频器启动刮板运输机,交叉侧斜式大功率刮板机以及无轨自移设备列车的应用情况。阳煤集团一矿S8310工作面经安装、调试后进入自动化生产阶段,日产实现2万t,月产达到46.75万t,达到了同行业领先水平。
Based on the SL-1000 Aikefu shearer cutting automation for the coal mine group in S8310 working face cutting experiment, this paper discesses Tianma electro-hydraulic control, automatic mixing, control system, intelligent pumping station, Tang Bai 4G network communication system, detection, data transmission, Vinda detection system,centralized control system, starting with frequency converter application of scraper conveyor, cross oblique type high-power scraper and trackless equipment self moving trains. The Yangquan coal mine working face S8310 after installation, after commissioning into the automated production stage, producting 20 thousand tons, monthly production reached 467 thousand and 500 t, reached the same industry leading level.
