降尘剂在西铭矿采掘工作面的应用研究

Study on Application of Dust Control Agent in Mining Face of Ximin Coal Mine

针对新型降尘剂及降尘系统在西铭矿采掘工作面的应用情况,分析应用新型降尘剂后采煤工作面和掘进工作面煤尘浓度变化,计算新型降尘剂的使用成本。西铭矿采用新型降尘剂及降尘系统后,除尘用水量下降约30%~70%,降尘效率提高70%~95%。

Aiming at the new dust suppression agent and dust reduction system in mining working face application of Ximing coal, this paper analyzes application of a new type of dust and tunneling working face dust concentration changes, the calculation model of dustfall agent cost. Ximing coal mine using the new dust suppression agent and dust removal system, dust removal water consumption decreased by about 30% to 70%, improve the efficiency of reducing dust from 70% to 95%.
