This paper introduces a video intercom and drill rig count real-time monitoring system for the purpose of research and development, use effect. The system has the advantages of hardware and software, mainly used for the realization of all underground water outburst, drilling site video surveillance management. The system has been developed successfully and has been in Shanxi, Shandong, the beginning part the Jiangsu coal mine application.
