摘要
本文在对某高碳酸盐型锰矿进行矿石性质研究的基础上,开展了选矿试验研究。结果表明,原矿经"高梯度强磁—反浮选"联合流程选别后,可获得锰精矿的产率21.75%,品位Mn 31.78%,回收率45.84%(对锰矿物相回收率81.78%),为同类锰矿的开发利用提供了借鉴。
A beneficiation test of high carbonate manganese ore was studied on the basis of study of the ore properties. When the joint flowsheet of high-gradient magnetic-reverse flotation of the high carbonate manganese ore was a- dopted, the manganese concentrate with the productivity of 21.75% , grade of 31.78 % and recovery of 45.84% (the phase of manganese recovery is 81.78%. )was achieved through the high-gradient magnetic-reverse flotation closed- circuit test. It also gives some reference to the similar manganese.
