摘要
通过乳液聚合的方法制备出两种聚苯乙烯纳米乳液,将其作为浮选捕收剂,用于不同变质程度煤泥的浮选,并与煤油为捕收剂进行了对比分析。结果表明该类捕收剂对于多种煤样的浮选均具有较好的捕收性和选择性。阳离子型聚苯乙烯纳米乳液浮选效果优于阴离子型纳米乳液,且两种乳液浮选效果均好于煤油。对煤油、乳液作用前后的煤样进行了接触角测量、扫描电镜测量,讨论分析了纳米粒子用作浮选捕收剂的作用机理。试验结果为新型煤炭浮选捕收剂的开发和设计提供了新思路。
Two kinds of polystyrene nanoparticles (latex)synthesized by emulsion polymerization was used as flotation collectors for different rank coal flotation, and was compared with kerosene collecting performance in paper. Ex- perimental results indicate that the synthesized polystyrene nanoparticle has better flotation performance for different floatability coals than that of conventional flotation collector. Cationic polystyrene nanoparticles(latex)performs bet- ter than that of anionic nanoparticles,which is better than kerosene. The contact angle measurement and the scan- ning electron microscopy (SEM)measurement was done on the before and after the action of the kerosene and the la- tex of coal sample. The mechanism of nanoparticle as flotation collector is also discussed in paper. The test result has declared for a new trend of coal flotation collector development.
