摘要
2013年国家卫生计生委等7部门联合发文建立了我国住院医师规范化培训制度,2014年起在全国普遍实施。为探索提高住院医师规范化培训质量的评估指标,通过文献回顾和专家咨询,结合实际工作,构建了一套质量评估指标体系。该体系包含管理、师资、学员3个层面的5个维度:基本条件、管理体系、保障措施、师资建设、培训效果。经实际应用证明,该评估体系基本适用于目前我国住院医师规范化培训现状,有利于促进培训质量提升。
National Health and Family Planning Commission of PRC and other six bureaus dispatched to establish the standardized residents training system in 2013. Then it was put into effect nationwide in 2014. This paper sums up a set of quality assessment index system through literature review and expert consultation and combined with practical work,to explore the evaluation index of improving the quality of standardized residents training. The system includes five dimensions of management, teacher and trainee three levels： basic condition, management system, supporting measure,teacher building and training effect. The practical application shows that the evaluation system is applicable to the current status of standardized residents training in China. It is conducive to promote the quality of training.
