急诊急救专科护士临床教学模式的构建及教学效果评价 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨急诊急救专科护士临床教学模式的构建方法并对教学效果进行评价。方法以2016年6~12月于深圳市宝安区松岗人民医院急诊科室参加教学培训的38名专科护士为研究对象,采用理论与实践相结合的阶梯型培训方案,自拟调查问卷收集学员对理论教学质量和实践基地教学质量的评价,对教学前后护士的专科理论、操作技能和综合实践能力进行考核评价。结果护理学员对理论教学质量及临床实践培训基地教学质量两部分的评分值均超过6.6分临界值(P<0.05)。从护理能力指标评价看,实施基于急诊急救专科护士临床教学模式的培训实践后,学员专业操作技能、专业理论知识和综合实践能力考核分数均较培训前显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急救急诊护士的临床教学模式中采用阶梯型培训方案,实行理论与实践反复结合的培训方法,能够有效促进护士对理论知识的掌握程度和实践技能的熟练程度,提高急诊护士临床综合实践能力,值得临床推广采用。 Objective To explore the construction method of clinical teaching model of emergency first aid nurses, and evaluate the teaching effect. Methods From June to December 2016, 38 specialist nurses participated in teaching training in Department of Emergency, Songgang People′s Hospital of Bao′an District in Shenzhen City were selected as research objects. Ladder training program combined of theory and practice was used. Self-investigation questionnaire was used to evaluate the qualities of the theory teaching and the practical base teaching. The specialized subject theory, the operation skill and the comprehensive practice ability before and after the teaching were evaluated. Results The scores of the two parts of the teaching quality and the clinical practical base teaching were more than 6.6 points(P〈0.05). From the evaluation of nursing ability indexes, after training the students' professional skills, professional knowledge and comprehensive practice ability scores were significantly higher than those before training, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Application of ladder training program in the clinical teaching mode of emergency specialist nurses, and combination of theory and practice can effectively promote the mastery of theoretical knowledge and the proficiency of practical skills, and improve the clinical practical ability of emergency nurses. It is worthy of clinical application.
