党内政治生活的核心要义是讲政治,而"政治"在不同的历史阶段总有其特有的时代意蕴。党的十八届六中全会提出增强党内政治生活时代性的课题,是基于党在新形势下面临的新任务、遇到的新矛盾和出现的新情况。增强党内政治生活的时代性,需要党对理想信念、政治纪律和执政伦理赋予时代的内涵和实践的新要求;在实践路径上,党内教育要有"内化于心"的实际成效,党内批评要成为党员自我提高的修身熔炉,党内问责要配置"利益激励"的关怀机制,党内规矩要实现"政治文化"的转化,党内责任要开创"全党动手"的局面。

The core of inner-Party political life is about politics , while politics in different historical stages always has its own unique epochal implication. During the Sixth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the Party put forward the topic about the epochal character of inner-Party political life, which is based on new tasks, new contradictions and new situations. To strengthen and regulate the epochal character of inner- Party political life, the Party needs to endow the connotation of the times and the new requirements of practice in the ideals and beliefs, political discipline and governing ethic of itself. On the practical path, inner-Party education should have the actual effect of ＂internalized in the mind＂ . Inner-Party criticism should become a Party member＇ s cultivation furnace for self-improvement. Inner-Party accountability should configure the incentive mechanism of ＂economic interest＂. Inner-Party rules should realize the transformation of ＂political culture＂. And Inner-Party responsibility should create a situation of＂ all party members actively participate＂.
