摘要 在全面从严治党的背景下,把"组织激励"理论运用到党的治理实践中,明确党内激励原则,完善党内激励制度,厘清激励边界,增益激励效度,推进党内激励制度化、规范化、程序化,是开展党内激励工作的首要任务。具体来说,新时期开展党内激励工作必须坚持公正性原则,保证激励程序严肃规范;坚持典型性原则,确保激励对象客观真实;坚持导向性原则,确保激励方向积极向上;坚持多样性原则,确保激励方式灵活多样;坚持长效性原则,确保激励效果持续扩大;进而激发广大党员干部干事创业热情和能力,落实全面从严治党战略任务,建设现代新型马克思主义执政党。 In the background of comprehensively tightening up the Party' s discipline, the prime mission for the Party is to put the organizational motivation to the use of party governing practice with clearing the motivational institution, distinguishing the boundaries, enhancing the validity and pushing forward the institutionalization, standardization and routinization. Concretely speaking, the work on carrying on the Party' s internal motivation in the new age has to insist on the just and fair principle to make sure the motivational process with seriousness and criterion. It has to insist on the principle of typicality to make sure the member under the motivation objective and authentic. It has to insist on the principle of guidance to make sure the motivational orientation positive. It has to insist on the principle of diversity to make sure the motivational methods flexible. It has to insist on the principle of long residual action to make sure the motivational result magnified, which can encourage the the Party members' enthusiasm and ability to contribute. Insisting on this principle can also help carry out the strategic mission of comprehensively tightening up the Party' s discipline and build a new modern Marxist ruling party.
