四君子汤加减方联合化疗改善大肠癌患者生存质量的meta分析

Meta analysis on improvement of the life quality in patients with colorectal cancer treated by Sijunzi Decoction combined chemotherapy

目的综合评价四君子汤加减方联合化疗改善大肠癌患者的生存质量。方法检索万方数据医药信息系统(Wan fang Data)、维普数据库、中国知网等大型数据库中有关四君子汤加减方联合化疗与单纯化疗比较的研究,检索日期为2002年1月至2015年5月,以四君子汤加减联合化疗为试验组,以单纯化疗为对照组。采用Stata 11.0软件进行meta分析。结果试验组KPS评分优于对照组[OR=0.65,95%CI(0.39,1.09)];与对照组比较,试验组可显著提高大肠癌患者血清中CD3[SMD=0.68,95%CI(0.04,1.31)]和NK[SMD=1.04,95%CI(0.44,1.65)]的水平。结论四君子汤加减联合化疗可以改善大肠癌患者的生存质量和增强机体免疫能力。

Objective To systematically evaluate the improvement of the life quality in patients with colorectal cancer treated by Sijunzi Decoction combined chemotherapy.Methods Wanfang Data,VIP,CNKI and other large databases were searched.The prospective studies about the comparison on Sijunzi Decoction combined chemotherapy with routine chemotherapy.The search date was from January 2002 to May 2015.Sijunzi Decoction combined chemotherapy was the experimental group.The routine chemotherapy was the control group,Stata 11.0 was used to perform meta analysis.Results The KPS score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group [OR=0.65,95%CI（0.39,1.09）];compared with the routine chemotherapy,the experimental group could significantly improve the level of serum CD3[SMD=0.68,95%CI（0.04,1.31）] and NK [SMD=1.04,95%CI（0.44,1.65）].Conclusion Sijunzi Decoction combine chemotherapy has effect on enhancing the body′s immune function,improving the survival quality of patients with colorectal cancer.
