麝香通心滴丸对冠心病患者血管内皮功能改善作用的研究

Study on the effect of Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pills on the improvement of vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease

目的研究麝香通心滴丸对冠心病患者血管内皮功能的改善作用。方法选取2014年7月~2015年7月我院接诊的100例冠心病患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各50例。对照组进行常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上服用麝香通心滴丸,两组均连续治疗6个月。比较两组治疗前后FMD、NO、ET-1水平的变化。结果治疗3个月和6个月后,研究组的FMD、NO、ET-1水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者长期服用麝香通心滴丸6个月,对其血管内皮功能具有非常明显的改善作用,具有临床推广意义。

Objective To investigate the improvement of vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease by Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pills.Methods From July 2014 to July 2015,100 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and study group,each group had 50 cases.The control group was treated with conventional method,and the study group was treated with Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pills on the basis of conventional treatment.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The changes of FMD,NO,ET-1 levels before and after treatment in the control group and the study group were compared.Results After treatment for 3 and 6 months,the levels of FMD and NO,ET-1 of study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion It is suggested that the patients with coronary heart disease should take Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pills for 6 months,and the endothelial function of the patients will be significantly improved,so it has clinical significance.
