活性银离子抗菌凝胶(银尔舒)治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of active silver ion antibacterial gel(Yin Er Shu) in the treatment of senile vaginitis

目的探讨应用活性银离子抗菌凝胶(银尓舒)对老年性阴道炎(萎缩性阴道炎)患者的临床疗效。方法抽取2015年8月~2016年2月我院收治的60例老年性阴道炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组患者采用活性银离子抗菌凝胶(银尓舒)进行治疗,对照组患者给予甲硝唑阴道给药进行治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效和复发率。结果观察组患者治疗后治愈20例,有效7例,无效3例,复发1例,总有效率为90%;对照组患者治疗后治愈12例,有效4例,无效10例,复发4例,总有效率为53.3%。观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,复发率(3.33%)远低于对照组(13.3%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年性阴道炎患者采用活性银离子抗菌凝胶(银尓舒)进行治疗,临床效果良好,安全性高,值得广泛应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of active silver ion antibacterial gel（Yin Er Shu） in senile vaginitis（atrophic vaginitis）.Methods From August 2015 to February 2016,60 cases of patients with senile vaginitis in our hospital were selected and devided into observation group and control group by the random digital table method,each group had 30 patients.The observation group was treated with active silver ion antibacterial gel（Yin Er Shu）,while the control group was treated with Metronidazole vaginal delivery.The clinical efficacy and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,20 patients were cured,27 cases were effective,3 cases of invalid and 1 case of recurrence,the total effective rate was 90% in the observation group.After treatment,12 patients were cured,4 cases were effective,10 cases of invalid and 4 cases of recurrence,the total effective rate was 53.3% in the control group.The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control group and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that in the control group（3.33% vs. 13.3%）,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of active silver ion antibacterial gel（Yin Er Shu） in the treatment of patients with senile vaginitis has good clinical effect,with high safety,which is worthy of wide application.
