联合应用妇炎康复胶囊与盆腔炎治疗仪治疗盆腔炎所致慢性疼痛的临床效果

Clinical effect of joint application of Fuyan Kangfu Capsules and pelvic inflammatory therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of chronic pain caused by pelvic inflammatory disease

目的探讨妇炎康复胶囊和多功能盆腔炎治疗仪联合治疗方案用于盆腔炎慢性疼痛的临床疗效。方法选择2015年10月~2016年10月来我院就诊的86例盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组法将患者均分为A、B两组,每组43例。A组患者仅使用妇炎康复胶囊进行治疗。B组患者应用妇炎康复胶囊与盆腔炎治疗仪联合治疗。进行为期3个疗程的治疗后,比较两组患者的有效率、复发率,随访观察6个月不良反应的发生率。结果经过治疗后,B组患者的有效率(93.0%)高于A组(79.1%),B组复发率(2.3%)低于A组(4.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组不良反应发生率为9.3%,B组为4.7%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妇炎康复胶囊与盆腔炎治疗仪联合应用对治疗盆腔炎所致的慢性疼痛具有更好的效果,是临床上应广泛推荐的治疗方案。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the combined therapy of Fuyan Kangfu Capsules and multi- functional pelvic inflammatory therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of chronic pain caused by pelvic inflammatory disease （PID）.Methods From October 2015 to October 2016,86 PID patients visited our hospital for treatment were selected as research objects.They were evenly and randomly divided into two groups：group A and group B,43 cases in each group.Patients in group A were treated with only Fuyan Kangfu Capsules.In group B,patients were treated with Fuyan Kangfu Capsules combined with pelvic inflammatory therapeutic apparatus.After 3-course of treatment,effective rate,recurrence rate,and incidence of adverse reactions in 6-month follow up visits were compared in the two groups. Results After treatment, the effective rate in group B was 93.0%,higher than that in group A （79.1%）,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The recurrence rate was 2.3% in group B,less than that in the group A （4.7%）,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.However,the incidence of adverse reactions in group A was 9.3%,and 4.7% in group B, had no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Joint application of Fuyan Kangfu Capsules and pelvic inflammatory therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of chronic pain caused by PID obtains a favorable effect, and is worth widely recommending in clinic.
