胃炎胃溃疡的发病与中医脾胃关系分析

Analysis of the relationship between the onset of gastritis and gastric ulcer and the spleen and stomach in traditional Chinese medicine

胃炎与胃溃疡均为临床上较为常见的疾病,在中医范畴内属于胃脘痛、心痛、胃痞、吐酸等。近年来,随着我国人们生活水平的升高及饮食习惯的改善,从而导致胃炎胃溃疡的发病率不断上升,若不及时采取有效的治疗,严重影响了患者的生活质量及身体健康。目前对胃炎胃溃疡的发病机制与病理类型有了较多研究。在中医范畴内,导致该疾病的发病机制主要是由于胃主肃降、脾主升清、肝气伐胃、脾胃不和所致,而对于该疾病的主要治疗为疏泄肝气、调和脾胃等,能够达到治疗胃炎胃溃疡的目的。目前临床上对于该疾病与中医脾胃的关系讨论较多,中医学认为,对于该疾病采用药物治疗效果较好。本院选择胃炎胃溃疡的发病与中医脾胃关系进行分析探究,以供参考。

Gastritis and gastric ulcer are common diseases in clinic,which belong to epigastric pain,heartache,stomach glomus,acid regurgitation,etc. in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）.Recently,with the improvement of people＇s living standards and dietary habits,the incidence of gastritis and gastric ulcer was gradually increased in China.If without timely and effective treatment,patient′ s quality of life and health would be affected.Currently,there are many research on the pathogenesis and pathological types of gastritis and gastric ulcer.In TCM,the main pathomechanisms are failure of purifying and descending on the stomach and ascending clear qi on the spleen,liver qi invading the stomach,and disharmony of the spleen and stomach,etc.The principal therapeutic methods include soothing the liver qi and regulating the spleen and stomach,which can treat gastritis and gastric ulcer.Many discussions on the relationship between gastritis and gastric ulcer and the spleen and stomach in TCM are explored. TCM believes the effect is favorable on treating the disease by medication.The relationship between the onset of gastritis and gastric ulcer and the spleen and stomach in TCM is explored aiming at providing reference for others.
