延续性护理在提高乳腺癌患者术后自我效能和社会支持中的效果

Efficacy of continuous nursing on improving postoperative self-efficacy and social support in patients with breast cancer

目的探讨实施延续性护理对乳腺癌术后患者自我效能和社会支持的作用及评估。方法选择2014年1月2日~2016年2月1日到我院进行治疗的88例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,按照患者入院日期分为观察组与对照组,每组各44例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予延续性护理。通过相关电话回访进行健康教育及康复功能锻炼指导及座谈会等来促进患者自我效能和社会支持情况。结果两组患者在入院及术后1周时的自我效能及社会支持各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后3个月观察组患者自我效能及社会支持各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理有利于促进乳腺癌患者康复,提高自我效能及社会支持评分情况。

Objective To explore the efficacy of continuous nursing on improving postoperative self-efficacy and social support in patients with breast cancer.Methods 88 patients with breast cancer in our hospital from January 2^（nd） 2014 to February 1^（st） 2016 were selected as the subjects and were divided into the observation group（n =44） and the control group（n =44） according to the date of hospitalization.The control group was given routine care,while the observation group was given continuous care on the basis of the control group.Through the relevant telephone return visit for health education and rehabilitation functional exercise guidance and seminars to promote patient self-efficacy and social support.Results At the time of admission and at 1 week after operation,there were no significant differences between the scores of self-efficacy and indexes of social support in two groups（P〉0.05）;3 months after operation,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Continuing nursing is helpful to promote the rehabilitation of breast cancer patients,improve self-efficacy and social support score.
