吴茱萸封包法于产后腰痛的临床护理评价

Clinical study of evodia rutacecarpa packets on postpartum nursing of puerpera low back pain

目的探讨吴茱萸封包法在产后腰痛护理中的疗效性与安全性。方法选取2015年6月~2017年5月于我院妇产科100例产后腰痛的产妇,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。两组患者产后均给予常规产后护理,观察组给予常规产后护理基础上加入吴茱萸封包护理。使用焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)、视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)及舒适状况量表(general comfort questionnaire,GCQ)分别在护理前、护理1周后评估两组患者焦虑与抑郁情绪差异、疼痛程度、护理舒适度,并观察其安全性。结果两组患者护理1周后SAS、SDS及VAS评分均较护理前有所降低,其中观察组SAS、SDS、VAS及对照组SDS评分下降值有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理1周后,观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理1周后,两组GCQ评分均高于护理前,其中观察组与护理前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论吴茱萸封包应用于产后腰痛护理,不仅可以减轻患者疼痛,提高患者舒适度,同时可减轻患者产后抑郁、焦虑等情绪,无明显不良反应,值得临床广泛推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of evodia rutacecarpa packets in the treatment of puerpera low back pain.Methods 100 puerpera from our hospital with low back pain from June 2015 to May 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, observation group（50 cases） and control group（50 cases）.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given both routine nursing and evodia rutacecarpa packets.Self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）,Self-rating depression scale（SDS）,visual analogue scale（VAS） and general comfort questionnaire（GCQ） were compared between two groups before and after intervention of 1 week.Results There was decrease on SAS,SDS and VAS scores of both groups after intervention.There was statistically significant differene on SAS,SDS and VAS scores of observation group and SDS score of control group after intervention（P〈 0.05）.There was significant differences on VAS score after intervention between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The GCQ of two groups after intervention were higher than that of before intervention;the GCQ of observation group after intervention was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.There was no adverse reaction in two groups.Conclusion Evodia Rutacecarpa packets combined with postpartum nursing on preventing of puerpera low back pain can not only release pain,depression and anxiety,but also improve the living quality of patients with no adverse reaction.Evodia Rutacecarpa packets is worthy to use in clinic.
