Construction Technology of Cast-in-place Asphalt Concrete Steel Box-girder Deck Pavement

浇注式沥青混凝土以其优良的抗水损害、抗低温及疲劳开裂性等特点在桥面铺装工程中具有较多的应用。文章以某大型钢箱梁桥工程为例,介绍了钢桥面铺装层的原材料和性能,以及浇注式沥青混凝土的配合比设计,同时系统研究了浇注式沥青混凝土钢箱梁桥面铺装施工的工艺流程。

Cast-in-place asphalt concrete has many applications in bridge deck pavement due to its excellent resistance to water damage, low temperature resistance and fatigue cracking.With a large steel box-girder bridge project as the example, this article introduced the raw materials and properties of steel deck pavement layer as well as the mix ratio design of cast-in-place asphalt concrete, at the same time, it systematically studied the construction process of cast-in-place asphalt concrete steel box-girder bridge deck pavement.
