社会支持与抑郁障碍的相关性研究

目的探讨社会支持与抑郁障碍的相关性。方法将60例抑郁障碍患者设为研究组，60名正常者设为对照组，比较两组社会支持评定量表与抑郁自评量表评分，分析社会支持与抑郁障碍的相关性。结果研究组社会支持评定量表总分及各维度评分均显著低于对照组（P〈0．05或0．01）；抑郁障碍患者社会支持评定量表总分与抑郁自评量表评分指数呈显著负相关（P〈0．01）。结论抑郁障碍患者社会支持状况差于健康人群，抑郁障碍的发病与社会支持系统缺乏密切相关，良好的社会支持对抑郁障碍有保护作用。

Objective To investigate the association between social support and depression. Methods 60 patients and 60 normal controls were included in the present case-control study. They were both investigated by Social Support Questionnaire and Self-Rating Depression Scale to analysis the correlation of social support and depressive disorder. Results Research of social support rating scale total score and each dimension score were significantly lower than control group （P〈0.05 or 0.01）. The social support scores of depressive disorder was significantly associated with the SDS score index （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Depressive disorder was worse than healthy people in the social support. The onset of depressive disorder is closely related to the lack of social support system. Good social support have protective effect on depressive disorder.
