抑郁症患者服药依从性及影响因素研究

Research on medication compliance of patients with depression and its influencing factors

目的调查抑郁症患者的服药依从性及影响因素，为临床诊治提供依据。方法对200例服用抗抑郁剂治疗1个月的抑郁症患者应用自制抑郁症患者服药依从性调查表进行服药依从性及影响因素调查。结果本组患者服药依从率为53．5％，服药依从性在年龄段、文化程度、婚姻状况、对疾病药物了解情况、医护人员服务情况、社会家庭关心患者情况及定期复诊情况7个方面有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论抑郁症患者服药依从性较差，服药依从性受众多因素影响，应从多方面着手提高患者的服药依从性。

Objective To investigate the compliance of patients with depression and its influencing factors, so as to provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 200 patients with depression treated with antidepressants for 1 months were investigated with medication compliance questionnaire. Results Medication compliance rate of patients in this group was 53.5%, difference of age group, education level, marital status, knowledge of drugs, service conditions of medical workers, concern on patients from society and family had statistic significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The medication compliance of patients with depression is bad, medication compliance are affected by many factors and should be improved from multiaspects.
