摘要
针对船舶柴油机润滑油黏度现场测量的问题,文章采用了基于Hele-Shaw原理的便携式快速黏度仪和某型流体特性传感器2种方法,配置了含柴油质量分数在0~11%范围的5个润滑油柴油混合油样,对其黏度进行了测量,结果表明油样黏度与混入柴油质量分数之间存在显著的线性关系,并研究了2种方法的相关性。最后利用上述2种仪器检测了4台某型船舶柴油机的31个实际油液,数据表明2种方法均可用于船舶柴油机润滑油的黏度现场测量,其中1台柴油机的润滑油存在进柴油的故障。
Aiming at the problem of the in - situ measurement viscosity of lubricating oil from marine diesel two methods, which are a portable rapid viscometer based on Hele - Shaw principle and a certain type of fluid property sensor, were used. Five oil samples mixed with different fuel mass ratios between 0 to 11% were prepared, whose viscosity were measured. Results showed that there existed a significant linear relationship between the viscosity of oil samples and the mass ratio of fuel mixed. And the correlation of two methods are studied. Finally two viscometers as the above mentioned were used to monitor 31 oil samples from 4 marine diesel engines with same type. Measuring data showed that two methods can be used to in- situ monitor viscosity of from marine diesel engines. A fault of lubricating oil fueled was accurately diagnosed.
