摘要
目的研究(艹猪)苓得糖抗小鼠HepA瘤细胞的可能机制。方法采用免疫组化方法研究(艹猪)苓多糖对小鼠HepA瘤细胞P16、Rb基因及TNF-α表达影响。结果 (艹猪)苓多糖作用后,小鼠HepA瘤细胞P16基因表达蛋白(P16蛋白)表达显著增强(P<0.01);小鼠HepA瘤细胞Rb基因表达蛋白(P105-Rb蛋白)表达增强(P<0.05),小鼠HepA瘤细胞TNF-α表达显著增强(P<0.01)。结论 (艹猪)苓多糖对小鼠HepA瘤细胞P16、Rb基因及TNF-α表达有激活作用。对抑癌基因P16、Rb基因及TNF-α表达的激活可能是(艹猪)苓多糖抗肿瘤的普遍机制之一。
Objective This article studied polyporus umbellatus polysaccharide effecting expressions on mouse HepA tumor cell P16、 Rb gene and TNF - α, further illustrated the antitumor function of polyporus umbellatus polysaccharide. Results The findings indicated expression of mouse HepA tumor cell P16 gene increased obviously (P<0.01)、 expression of mouse HepA tumor cell Rb gene increased (P< 0.05) and expression of mouse HepA tumor cell TNF - α. increased obviously (P<0.01) .Conclusion Polyporus umbellatus polysaccharide had actived on mouse HepA tumor cell P16、 Rb gene and TNF-α.
