孟鲁司特钠联合丙卡特罗治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的疗效观察

Montelukast sodium and procaterol improve symptoms in children with chronic cough

目的:观察孟鲁司特钠联合丙卡特罗治疗慢性咳嗽患儿的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年4月至2015年4月在河北省秦皇岛市第一医院就诊的114例慢性咳嗽患儿,按照随机数字表法将患儿分为研究组和对照组,每组57例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上加用丙卡特罗治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用孟鲁司特钠治疗。采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)评价患儿治疗前、后咳嗽严重程度,比较两组临床疗效、咳嗽缓解时间、咳嗽消失时间及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前,两组患儿的VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后的VAS评分均较治疗前明显降低(均P<0.05),且研究组的VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组咳嗽缓解时间和消失时间均明显短于对照组(均P<0.05),治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(98.25%vs 80.70%,P<0.05)。两组患儿均无严重不良反应发生,不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.086,P=0.297)。结论:孟鲁司特钠联合丙卡特罗治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的疗效显著,能有效减轻咳嗽症状,缩短咳嗽时间,且安全性较好。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of montelukast sodium combined with procaterol for children with chronic cough. Methods： 114 children with chronic cough in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 were randomly divided into a research group and a control group, with 57 cases in each group. The children in the control group received routine treatment and procaterol, while those in the research group were trea- ted as the control group with addition of montelukast sodium. The severity of cough before and after treat- ment was evaluated by visual analogue scale （VAS） score. The clinical efficacy, cough relief time, cough disappeared time and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared. Results： No significant difference in VAS score was found between the two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）. After treatment, VAS scores of both groups were both significantly decreased （P〈0.05）. But the VAS score of research group was sig- nificantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Cough relief and disappeared time of research group were significantly shorter than those of control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of research group was significantly higher than that of control group （98.25% vs. 80.70% ,P〈0.05）. There was no signifi- cant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Mon- telukast combined with procaterol could effectively reduce symptom of cough, shorten the cough time and was safety.
