摘要
目的:观察强化坐—站训练对脑卒中患者平衡、步行及日常生活活动能力(ADL)的影响。方法:选取2013年9月至2014年9月在广西医科大学第一附属医院住院治疗的脑卒中偏瘫患者60例,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予Bobath技术介导的常规康复训练,观察组在此治疗基础上进行强化坐—站训练。于治疗前及治疗4周后采用Berg平衡量表(BBS)、"起立—行走"计时测试(TUGT)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)对患者的平衡、步行能力及ADL进行评定。结果:治疗前,两组患者BBS、MBI评分及TUGT计时比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组BBS、MBI评分及TUGT计时均较治疗前明显改善(均P<0.05),且观察组BBS、MBI评分高于对照组,TUGT计时短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强化坐—站训练能够提高脑卒中患者的平衡与步行能力,改善ADL。
Objective: To study the effects of intensive sit-to-stand training on the balance, walking and the activities of daily living (ADL) in patients with stroke. Methods: 60 stroke patients who received treatment in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 and admitted to the rehabilitation clinic were ran- domized into an observation group and a control group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group only received regular rehabilitation training, while those in the observation group received regular rehabilitation training with addition of intensive sit-to-stand training. Berg's balance scale (BBS), timed "up and go" test (TUGT), and modified Barthel index (MBI) were respectively used to assess the balance, walking and ADL of patients before and 4 weeks after treatment. Results: There were no significant differences in BBS sore, MBI and TUGT results between two groups before treatment (P〈0.05). After treatment, the BBS sore, MBI and TUGT results were improved significantly in both groups, and were better in the observation group than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion:The intensive sit-to- stand training was an effective way to promote the balance and walking ability and improve ADL of stroke patients.
