摘要
本研究涉及Ca-MgO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2体系微晶玻璃陶瓷复合砖的3个部分:表层Ca-MgO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2体系微晶玻璃;底层的陶瓷砖;该表层微晶玻璃与该底层陶瓷砖的复合工艺。笔者还阐述了Ca-MgO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2体系微晶玻璃陶瓷复合砖在生产过程中两个技术关键及其解决的技术路线。
This study mainlyfocusedon three aspects of CaO-- MgO-- A12 03 -- SiO2 glass-- ceramic/ceramic tiles： the top glass--ceramic layer based on CaO--MgO--A12 03 --SiO2 system; the ceramic substrate beneath the glass--ceramic layer; and the technique of combining the top glass--ceramic layer and the ceramic substrate. Two key technical problems during production of the tiles and their solutions were discussed at the end of the paper.
