从仲景经方浅谈中医调和脾胃理论

Reconciling the Stomach Theory from the Classical Prescriptions of ZHANG Zhongjing

目的:本研究从仲景经方体会调和脾肾思想,追溯调和脾胃思想的理论源流,探讨调和脾胃思想的本质,以便加强指导临床。方法:明确论题内容,查询相关资料,掌握相关理论基础,论述张仲景《伤寒论》调和脾胃思想,论述经方中治疗思想内涵体现,深入探讨后世医家对《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》中调和脾胃理论思想的继承和发展,及其在现代临床各系统疾病的治疗意义。最后,分享本人对运用调和脾胃法治疗疾病的经验。结论:调节体内阴阳,维持生理平衡是调和脾胃思想的要旨,调节脾胃要根据不同的病因对症下药,辨证论治,标本的不同需采取不同治疗方法,主治脾,或主治胃,或脾胃兼治,或脾胃先后分治,其中的治疗顺序,都要根据脾胃的不同病征表现而制定。后世医家则继承和发展了张仲景的脾胃调和思想,提出温阳升脾和滋阴降胃等学说,丰富和发展了调和肝脾思想。

Objective：To study the experience of the important thought from the classical prescriptions,traces the theoretical origin of the thought essence of regulating spleen and stomach,regulating spleen and stomach thought,in order to strengthen the clinical guidance.Methods：The content of the thesis,quering relevant information,grasping the relevant theoretical basis,discusses ZHANG Zhongjing＇s Treatise on Febrile Diseases and the theory of Taiyin disease and reconcile the stomach thought,this prescription in the treatment of thought embodied,in-depth study of physicians on the inheritance and development of Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis Golden Chamber,and in modern clinical therapeutic significance.Finally,I share the experience of using the spleen and stomach to treat the disease.Conclusion：The regulation of Yin and Yang,are essential to maintain the physiological balance of regulating spleen and stomach thought.The regulation of the spleen and stomach are to an antidote against the disease according to different etiology,syndrome differentiation,the different needs of different treatments are attending spleen,or attending stomach,or stomach symptoms,or stomach has divided,the treatment order,according to the different symptoms of spleen and stomach and make performance.Physicians are the inheritance and development of ZHANG Zhongjing＇s stomach to reconcile the idea,put forward the spleen and stomach warming Yang for ascending spleen and nourishing Yin for descending stomach theory,enrich and develop the thought of regulating the function of the liver and spleen.
