不同中药剂型治疗1～2级原发性高血压的临床效果对比

Comparison of Clinical Effects of Different Chinese Herbal Preparations in the Treatment of Grade 1～2Essential Hypertension

目的:考察不同中药剂型治疗1~2级原发性高血压的临床效果和安全性,为临床提供参考。方法:采用随机对照临床试验,将300例1~2原发性高血压患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各150例,常规治疗的基础上给予不同剂型的中药治疗,对照组予以传统的中药饮片治疗,观察组予以中药颗粒剂治疗,两组疗程均为4周。观察两组患者治疗后总有效率、血压值下降水平、血压达标率、中医症状积分变化及以及不良反应事件发生率。结果:观察组与对照组治疗后总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组与对照组治疗后血压下降水平、血压达标率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组与对照组治疗后中医症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组与对照组治疗后不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药颗粒剂治疗1~2级原发性高血压的临床疗效和安全性并不劣于传统中药饮片,且具有质量稳定、服用方便等优势,建议临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of different Chinese herbal preparations in the treatment of grade 1~2essential hypertension,expected to provide a reference for clinic.Methods：A randomized controlled clinical study was conducted,300 cases of grade 1~2essential hypertension patients were divided into observation group（150cases） and controlled group（150cases）,given different dosage forms of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the cases in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine formula granules,while the case of the controlled group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,all the patients were treated for 4weeks.The total effective rate,decreased blood pressure level,rate of reaching blood pressure standard,TCM syndrome score and incidence of adverse events were observed.Results：There was no statistical significance in the differences of total effective rate in the observation group and the controlled group（P〈0.05）.There were no statistical significance in the differences of decreased blood pressure level,rate of reaching blood pressure standard in the observation group and the controlled group（P〉0.05）.There was no significant differences in the TCM syndrome score in the observation group and the controlled group（P〉0.05）.There was no statistical significance in the differences of adverse events in the observation group and the controlled group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules in the treatment of grade 1~2essential hypertension was not worse than that of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,recommended traditional Chinese medicine formula granules application in the clinic for its advantages of stable quality and the convenience in the taking and so on.
