自拟疱疹汤加减治疗复发性生殖器疱疹30例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Using Self-made Herpes Decoction in the Treatment of 30Cases of Recurrent Genital Herpes

目的:观察自拟疱疹汤治疗复发性生殖器疱疹(RGH)的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各30例。对照组给予阿昔洛韦口服治疗,治疗组给予自拟疱疹汤加减治疗,4周为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察其临床疗效。同时,在疗程结束后半年进行随访,了解其复发情况。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为86.67%和76.67%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的中医证候积分与治疗前相比均有所下降,治疗组下降明显,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);疗程结束后半年随访临床痊愈病例:治疗组11例中复发2例,复发率18.18%;对照组6例中复发4例,复发率66.67%。结论:自拟疱疹汤治疗复发性生殖器疱疹,可有效改善患者的皮损局部及全身自觉症状,同时降低其复发率,无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of using Self-made Herpes Decoction in the treatment of recurrent genital herpes.Methods：Total 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,while the treatment group treated with Self-made Herpes Decoction,and the controlled group treated with Ciclovir orally,4weeks for a course,taking 2courses of treatment continuously,then the efficacy was evaluated and the recurrence rate was evaluated 6month later.Results：The efficiency of the treatment group and the controlled group respectively were 86.67% and 76.67%,but with no significant statistical difference（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the two groups of patients with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were decreased.The recurrence rate was 18.18% and 66.67% respectively.Conclusion：Self-made Herpes Decoction can effectively improve the patient＇s skin lesions and systemic symptoms,while reducing the recurrence rate,no obvious adverse reaction,and thus is worthy of clinical application.
