摘要
以3个籼型水稻光温敏核不育系奥龙1S、Y58S和培矮64S为母本,6个生产上广泛使用的恢复系为父本,采用NCII设计配制18个组合,对生育期、株高及产量相关性状进行了配合力分析。结果表明,奥龙1S的单株产量一般配合力介于Y58S与培矮64S之间,高于培矮64S,且其特殊配合力方差在3个不育系中最大;生育期一般配合力与培矮64S相当;株高配合力高于2个对照不育系。
The analysis on the combining ability of growth duration, plant height and yield-related traits was conduc- ted based on the NC Ⅱ design of three photoperiod- and thermo-sensitive genic male sterile (PTGMS) lines inclu- ding Aolong 1S, Y58S and Pei'ai 64S and six widely-used restorer lines. The results showed that the general com- bining ability (GCA) of yield per plant (YP) of Aolong 1S was between those of Y58S and Pei'ai 64S but higher than that of Pei'ai 64S, while the variance of its specific combining ability (SCA) was the highest among three PT- GMS lines. The GCA of growth duration (GD) of Aolong 1S was similar to that of Pei'ai 64S, but the GCA of plant height (PH) of Aolong 1S was higher than those of the other two control PTGMS lines Y58S and Pei'ai 64S.
