REFORM magazine actively promote and practice servicing central decision-making, and the first performance is to publish a series of high quality papers related to the central strategy, either conducting prospective and reserve study, give orientation before the central strategy has not yet been introduced, or conducting the countermeasure study, give practical strategic landing path and initiatives. These papers correspond to the Five Development Ideas, focus on steady growth, promoting reform, structural adjustment, improve people＇s livelihood, anti risk, coincide with the main spirit of the congress of central leading group on comprehensively deepening reform, reflecting the forward-looking and correspondence degree of the central major strategy.
