由于特色产品地理标志的形成及其在市场中的地位都是由大量的人文因素和自然因素决定的,所以特色产品地理标志不仅具有经济价值,而且也代表了一个地区、一个民族甚至一个国家的文化形象。这些因素共同构成了特色产品地理标志的声誉,并借此取得经济上的利益。江西省特色产品地理标志众多,景德镇瓷器是江西省最具特色的地理标志产品。本文以探讨景德镇瓷器地理标志保护为切入点,探讨江西省特色产品地理标志商标的保护运用。

Due to formation of geographical indications of special products and its position in the market are determined by a lot of cultural factors and natural factors, so these geographical indications of special products not only have economic value, but also represent the cultural image of a region,a nation and even a country. These factors constitute the reputation of geographical indications of special products, and obtain economic interests. Jiangxi province has many geographical indications of special products.Jingdezhen porcelain is the most distinctive geographical indication products in Jiangxi province. This paper discusses the Jingdezhen porcelain geographical indication protection as the breakthrough point, to promote the deepening of Jiangxi special products geographical indication protection of the trademark law.
