The Study of the Translating Style of Ge Haowen the Translator of Moyan's Novels

莫言是中国首位获得诺贝尔文学奖的作家,其作品在西方国家具有较高的知名度与认可度,这自然离不开诸多翻译者对其作品的译介,其中英语译者葛浩文对其作品的持续关注与翻译,更是莫言真正走入西方读者心中的重要原因。本文主要结合相关例证,对莫言小说翻译者葛浩文译者风格的形成渊源与基本特征进行研究。

Moyan is China＇s first writer who won the Nobel prize, whose works are highly reputative and recognized in western countries and which likewise is based on the translation of his works from many translators. Among them, the English translator Ge Haowen who has been paying a lot of attention and translating to his works, which is the important reason leading Moyan to getting into the western readers horizon. This paper combined with relative evidence, is to study the forming origin and basic characteristics of the translator Ge Haowen of Moyan＇s novels.
