在国家实施"兴边富民行动"和"扶持人口较少民族"政策的背景下,我国边疆少数民族的生计方式发生了明显改变,由传统的生计方式转变成以发展特色产业、特色旅游的现代发展模式。西藏错那县勒布沟是门巴族聚居区,在发展过程中利用当地的自然资源与人文资源,探索出了一条将文化与区位优势整合共同推进特色产业发展的路子,取得了良好效果,在边疆民族地区特色产业的发展上进行了有益尝试。
