主-裙楼差异沉降控制策略研究

Control strategy for differential settlement between main structure and surround affiliated buildings

针对筏板基础形式,采用结构力学方法确定主-裙楼差异沉降的控制标准,以主-裙楼差异沉降导致基础底板开裂为临界条件,推导出允许差异沉降计算公式。结合工程实例,验证了公式的适用性。相关成果可对沉降后浇带施工时机确定提供帮助。

According to the form of raft foundation,the control standard of difference drop of main-surround affiliated building is determined by structural mechanics method,and the calculation formula of allowable differential settlement is deduced by the difference settlement of main-skirt building which leads to the cracking of base floor. The applicability of the formula is verified with the example project. The related results can be helpful to determine the time of construction of the pouring belt after settlement.
