铁炭微电解材料处理农药污水的研究

摘要 为了制备铁炭微电解材料并优化其处理农药污水的反应条件。笔者制备铁炭微电解材料,选取铁炭质量比、pH值、处理时间进行单因素试验,并以单因素试验为基础,以此3个因素为自变量,以农药污水中COD去除率为响应值,设计3因素3水平的响应面法优化处理条件。结果表明:优化分析得到最佳处理条件为:铁炭质量比(A)为1:1、pH值(B)为3、反应时间(C)为1.5 h,铁炭微电解材料处理农药污水的COD去除率理论值为73.8%,实际值为72.9%,相对标准偏差为0.11%。本处理方法具有操作简便、成本较低、节能高效等优点,是一种较好的农药污水处理方法。 The paper aims to prepare the iron carbon microelectrolysis and optimize the reaction condition treating pesticide sewage.The iron carbon microelectrolysis was prepared under different Fe/C mass ratios,pH values and reaction time to perform single factor experiment.On the basis of single-factor test,the three factors of Box-Benhnken experimental design were determined to optimize the processing condition.The results showed that:the optimal process parameters were as follows:the Fe/C mass ratio was 1:1,pH value was 3,reaction time was 1.5 h,the extraction removal rate of COD was 73.8%,the actual removal rate of COD was 72.9%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.11% .The iron carbon microelectrolysis method is easy operation,low cost,energy saving and high efficiency,which is a good method to treat the pesticide sewage.
